Kindly describe yourself in your own words? I have a down to earth and humble personality.

Personal branding is a leadership requirement; how far would you go in branding yourself for the success of your career and development as a leader? I pride myself as being unique and as a realist , but am full of optimism with good leadership quality.

We know that you have been impacting your community (Manchester) in various ways for over 20 decades;  What gives you the energy to carry on each day? My role within the community has brought so much success stories which I am very proud of. I have seen the changes in the people's life that I have turned around by offering support and been part of their development gives me the energy and the buzz .

Tell us about a project or accomplishment that you consider to be the most significant to you? Having been taken part in few projects development within the community, I find my current role as a Brokerage Procurement Officer as the most significant and perhaps most challenging to accomplish.

If you were given a contract, loved everything about it, and are paid what you asked for; what kind of offer from another institution would make you change your mind? I have been mostly inspired by  my success and achievement in the community turning so far turning people's life around and with the aspiration and appetite for  further success.

Which animal would you compare yourself with? I will compare with a cat as I am meek and gentle.

Do you think that the crisis in Europe will eventually have great effect on African economy? I doubt it. Europe is Europe and Africa is Africa.

Do you think the Black people have sufficient opportunity in The West, and is anything keeping us behind as a race? No unfortunately the colour of our skin is still detrimental to the Black race in maximising their potential

What and where is home? Home to me is where my family is and where my heart is.
