The world's 'poorest' president Jose Mujica of Uruguay, says it just the way it is, and also living the life he describes. A life with passion for humanity, life free of greed and hate, living a charitable life that gives and helps the youth to grow and also help the poor to improve their lives. A man that rejects the symbols of wealth, he lives on a small farm rather than presidential palace with his wife Lucia and their dog Manuela.
This is the example of the leaders we need, not the unruly, lavish, careless, wicked and heartless bunch of arrogant fools. We need to chase all the greedy ones that love money too much out of politics, they are nothing but disaster to all.
Mujica gave his own definition of 'president':
"A president is a high-level official who is elected to carry out a function. He is not a king, not a god. He is not the witch doctor of a tribe who knows everything. He is a civil servant. I think the ideal way of living is to live like the vast majority of people whom we attempt to serve and represent." he said this on Al Jazeera.

When interviewed on CNN, Mujica says:
"I'm not against people who have money, who go crazy for money, but in politics we have to separate them. We have to run people who love money too much out of politics, they're a danger in politics. People who love money should dedicate themselves to industry, to commerce, to multiply wealth. But politics is the struggle for the happiness of all".
"Rich people tend to view the world through their perspective, which is the perspective of money. Even when operating with good intentions, the perspective they have of the world, of life, of their decisions, is informed by wealth. If we live in a world where the majority is supposed to govern we have to try to root our perspective in that of the majority, not the minority"
Even though he's said to be the poorest president, he disagrees with it with this words, "I don't feel poor. Poor people are those who only work to try to keep an expensive lifestyle, and always want more and more."
"As soon as politicians start climbing up the ladder, they become kings. I don't know how it works, but what I do know is that republics came to the world to make sure that no one is more than anyone else. You need a palace, red carpet, a lot of people behind you saying 'Yes sir'. I think all of that is awful."
"I do believe it's right for people to benefit and be rewarded where they serve/work, but when they become so greedy and their enjoyment turned to the suffering, oppression and death of others, then it's wickedness; this is against humanity." - Sola Opesan Brown.
