Personal branding is a leadership requirement; how far would you go in
branding yourself for the success of your career and development as a
leader? True, personal branding portrays your identity. Your identity is
likened to a landmark in an area. It places you on a hill that cannot be
hidden. I will upgrade myself regularly with relevant books and quality
associations, I will strive to make impact by executing innovative mind
blowing ideas though people oriented.
We know that you are a successful man; What's success to you and how do you go about it? I feel great when I can meet the needs of people. Success to me is
making a positive mark in your area of endeavour; producing results. To
make success, one must set goals, and follow realizable steps to
actualize the dreams with hardcore commitment.
Tell us about a project or accomplishment that you consider to be the most significant to you? Fixing a borehole with my meagre resources in my village was so
satisfying ; the joy of seeing my fellow countrymen have a source of
water supply. I will yet do more projects.
Looking back into your journey and what you have achieved so far; who and what inspired you? My mother will go out of her way to help people, unconsciously I
find myself towing that path. I always want to leave a place or person
better than I met it or him. I am a summation of many graces;
my parent, my wife, some pastors, Bishop Oyedepo, Bishop Abioye, and few
others. Standing on their shoulder made me see farther .
Which animal would you compare yourself with and why? Lion; beause the lion doesn't turn back at any challenge, it faces it headlong.
You
have been impacting your community, your voice has been heard in so
many platforms; what are
your plans for the future? (a). Education (b). Help the system to be a better one. (c.) Extract people off poverty lane amongst others.
What is the first thing you do in the morning and the last before you sleep? I Thank God for the day.
You are now in the middle of your campaign; how do you go about it to achieve your goal? Reaching out to people on a personal basis.
A year from today celebrating what a year it's been for you in your role as Akwa Ibom State Law Maker; What would you say you have achieved with your team? I have a line up of activities across the different wards, am targeting
to improve d source and standard of livelihood,increase the percentage
of educated citizens, conclude some people oriented projects,
rehabilitate infrastructures amongst others.
What is the first thing you do when you wake up, and the last before you sleep? I pray and worship God.
