Intimacy with Yemi Odetola

An insight into Yemi Odetola,  President/Director of Community Resource & Advocacy Network Ltd UK and President/CEO Cranet Global Nig Ltd's likes and dislikes:

Describe yourself in your own words.
I like to enjoy good life; for this singular reason, I work very hard to make enough money in order to make this happen. I dislike quarrels, hatred or acrimony. I can never be a friend of anyone that exhibits incurable bitterness.

Favourite restaurant?
I don’t have any particular one but I am a hunter and recently I discovered a new restaurant K&F Intercontinental Restaurant that I fall in love with.

Favourite tipple?
I love my Guinness any day. Baileys on ice on special occasions.

How do you like to unwind?
I unwind by travelling to exotic places, by listening to all kinds of music ranging from juju, apala, fuji, pop, reggae, calypso, pop, soul, rock, country etc.

Ideal celebrity guest?
Nelson Mandela and Mohammed Ali.

Worst habbit?
I kiss my teeth.

Ideal car?
None in particular but I am silent lover of Peugeot 206 convertible.

Ideal home?
None in particular but I love a home that is clean, roomy and comfortable.
Most memorable occasion?
My nephew’s wedding in the USA in 2010 and my nieces wedding in UK in 2011. My family knows how to party and when we do this, we do it in grand style. Both of these events stood out significantly for me.

First love?

Seems like many moons ago now, can’t remember.

First business venture?

I was always by mum in all her business ventures.

Business idol?

Bill Gates & Steve Jobs.

Who inspired you at the beginning of your carrier?

My late mother who introduced me to business early in life.

What was your best opportunity?

I doubt if I have got the best opportunity yet because I am incurably ambitious and looking for new opportunity is second nature for me.

What’s love and a lover to you?

Love to me is comfortability in the company of that special someone who share the same passions as me.

Achievement(s)?

I have doubt if I have achieved much. But if any, it will be raising my daughters.

Tropical or Arctic weather?

It will have to be tropical weather.

Describe yourself in three words?

I am me.
