Ex-Liberian President Charles Taylor will Serve his remaining Jail term in the UK

Charles Taylor

Charles Taylor talking about CULTURAL AFFINITY, it seems he forgot when and how he was being mean and cruel to the same people that he is now seeking "Cultural Affinity" with. This is the time for African leaders to think about the future and not just today, not to be power drunk, kindness for humanity should be first on their minds.

Against his wishes to be transferred to Rwanda, Charles Taylor will serve his remaining jail sentence in the UK. The judge rejected Taylor's argument of which he said he was being denied his rights to a family life because his wife and children had been refused UK visas. The judge said, they had not applied properly.

Taylor he's being kept in "isolation" in the Frankland prison in the northern English city of Durham because he is too much of a target and too vulnerable to be kept with other inmates. Taylor said he wanted to be on the African continent where people would share a "cultural affinity"

A UN court convicted him of war crimes over his support for rebels who committed atrocities in Sierra Leone, Taylor was sentenced in 2012, he arrived in the UK in October 2014 against his desire.
