He's just what a dedicated leader ought to be, lovely, adorable, charming, personable, brilliant, sensible, good humoured and amiable. A committed leader will always show the headship skills necessary to organise, to take charge, to administer, to be in control, to lead, to impact, to encourage, to support, to educate and also to be humble in handling situations without looking down on anyone; all these I see in him.
I was thrilled how Mallam Hon. AbdoulBaq Ladi Balogun as the Head Judge and a Host at the last segment of the show handled Africa Leadership 2015 Award night organised by Miss Black Europe International Scholarship Pageant in The Gambia. It was a situation of a Special Guest of Honour and a Goodwill Ambassador turning into a Judge/Host. He's a well prepared gentleman, articulate, eloquent, stable, elegant, well polished, well prepared, can easily improvise without grumbling; it was a great night, a night that he gained my unconditional respect and I believe this respect will remain to the end of time.
Character is achieved when tested and also how we treat people lower in status to us; AbdoulBaq has been tested and he made it. For sure MBE has made a good choice having him as Ambassador, a diamond he is, shining bright to illuminate everyone around him.

AbdoulBaq is a man blessed with a great personality, smart brain, he can engage with strangers easier than a dog chews a bone. His journey as a businessman, economist, travel & tourism consultant, politician (lawmaker), peacemaker, coupled with his noble breeding has added value to him, above his equals.
In organising any event, one must be well prepared since anything could happen, even at the last minute; one must always have an alternative strategy, a good and reliable backup must be arranged ahead. AbdoulBaq is good at it all; He's, "AbdoulBaq of all Trades, Master of all".
My respect will forever be for a man that stands tall in all situations, a man that doesn't let anything disturb him no matter what, but working ahead of what needs to be done is always what he has on his mind with maximum love for humanity.
