Why Menstruation Before Adulthood?

We often frown at early marriage (child marriage) and early adolescent childbearing; then why menstruation before adulthood? I'm not a biologist, not a gynaecologist and not the creator, but I woke up this morning wondering why menstruation from age eleven, even earlier in some cases.

If it is not needed at early age; why then? I believe it's mainly for reproduction; it might be for more... that I don't know. Could it be part of the journey to self discipline and obedience?  I guess it's a way to say, "even though you could, but don't. Keep it safe and secure".

Could be, it's a way for us to see those that are disciplined and obedient. Those that can say NO to temptations.

Yes, sex is sweet, but must be left till a certain age; the age of adulthood plus a solid educational background. An age  that you can 'somehow' defend and fend for oneself.

Some things in life are so complex that we might never have an accurate answer to; we can only guess and debate, and then, come to a personal conclusion and convince oneself of what to believe in.

I believe kids should be kids and be well protected without heavy labour; why labouring  them with menstrual period  that's 'not supposed' to be needed so early.

Still wondering why...

All I can think of is that, Mother Nature and God work differently and we humans see and do things differently. The essential points in this situation are decency, morals, discipline and obedience.
