Embarking On A Spiritual Journey

We are in a spiritual world that needs spiritual attention. Don't hurt anyone, and don't allow anyone to hurt you.

Spirituality can be triggered when one's spiritual power is being tested. At that point, a spiritual journey will commence automatically to protect yourself and others around you.

One needs to meditate with an open heart, love, and assist others when need be. As much as you love and help, keep your distance while loving from afar.

Love is good and essential, but it can equally harm if the balance is not maintained.

Before anything or anyone triggers your spirituality, it is better to embark on a spiritual journey without delay because it heals, directs, provides, protects, gives joy, and gives inner peace.

The Traffic Lights: The journey

The Journey of Life could be compared to the Traffic Lights; Yellow (Amber), Red, Green.
Never rush when you see the Amber trying/wanting to jump/beat the Red.
Stay cool and calm behind the Red, It's the time for preparation, time to recharge your battery and get your energy back. Move on when you see the Green light, it's the right time for your breakthrough.
I don't jump the Red light anymore because it's the time for me to take a short break, reflect and get myself together for bigger deals.

If Anyone Should Ever Write My Life Story: You'll Be There

I've had my share of life's ups and downs
But fate's been kind, the downs have been few
I guess you could say that I've been lucky
Well, I guess you could say that it's all because of you
If anyone should ever write my life story
For whatever reason there might be
Oh, you'll be there between each line of pain and glory
Cause you're the best thing that ever happened to me
Ah, you're the best thing that ever happened to me
Oh, there have been times when times were hard
But always somehow I made it, I made it through
Cause for every moment that I've spent hurting
There was a moment that I spent, ah, just loving you
If anyone should ever write my life story
For whatever reason there might be
Oh, you'll be there between each line of pain and glory
Cause you're the best thing that ever happened to me
Ah, you're the best thing that ever happened to me
I know, you're the best thing, oh, that ever happened to me

The Wind of Change Are Always Blowing: To All The Men I Have Loved Before

To all the men I've loved before
Who traveled in and out my door

I'm glad they came along

I dedicate this song

To all the men I've loved before

To all the men I once caressed

And may I say, I've held the best

For helping me to grow,

I owe a lot, I know

To all the men I've loved before

Avoid That Circumstance Where There Is No Second Chance

Sometimes late at night
I lie awake and watch her sleeping
She's lost in peaceful dreams
So, I turn out the lights and lay there in the dark

And a thought crosses my mind
If I never wake in the morning
Would she ever doubt
The way I feel about her in my heart

If tomorrow never comes
Will she know how much I loved her?
Did I try in every way
To show her every day
That she's my only one?

After dealing in beauty, fashion, beauty pageant and charity for eleven years and seventeen years respectively; we've decided to continue with our main activities, we've incorporated new ones and stopped a couple for worthy reasons.

Throughout these meaningful years we’ve been coaching and serving our community in love and light by impacting people in their professional life and general wellbeing - giving them the key to the door of success by MBE (Mentoring, branding and empowering).

* We shall continue with the award ceremony - showcasing and honouring those that are doing their best in giving back to humanity. ✅

* We shall continue with charity work. ✅

* We shall continue with fashion and beauty display, when need be. ✅

* We have decided to stop the beauty pageant ❌ but, we shall continue to give counsel to those who need it. It's time to say goodbye to beauty contest - our passion remains, as our love for those who are still in the field will continue.

* The activities we incorporated will bring light, fulfilment, peace and harmony into our lives, individually and collectively - knowing and believing that we will always impact humanity positively.

We thank everyone that has been part of our success story, without you there's no us. πŸ™Œ

The Reason Politicians See The Need For Bullyboys

'You don't know me, I don't know you, you don't know what my eyes have seen', almost all leaders have this phrase at the back of their mind. political leaders, traditional leaders, religious leaders, influential people and the famous ones around the world do have protectors; it's essential, overdoing it is what is not right.

You Can't Know Anyone In Totality

As much as we have bad people out there, there are some good people out there too, sure.  Either good or bad, they only show the part they want you to know, or relate with you within the relationship category you are with them, so you can't know anyone in totality.

Celebrating An Icon's Birthday: Prof. Olu Aina

"Happy Birthday"

You know it doesn't make much sense
There ought to be a law against
Anyone who takes offense
At a day in your celebration
Cause we all know in our minds
That there ought to be a time
That we can set aside
To show just how much we love you
And I'm sure you would agree
It couldn't fit more perfectly
Than to have a world party on the day you came to be

Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday.

  - Stevie Wonder

We love you so much and we appreciate your contributions to the community. Keep it up, don't stop. I'm glad I know you.

Don't Underestimate Them: There Are Still Women Of Honour Out There.

1. Believe it, it's not all women will sleep with you because you want to sponsor their event or any other project.

2. Not all will sleep with you because you are in power (position of authority and influence).

3. Trust me, not all will sleep with you because of empty promises.

4. Be assured that not all will sleep with you because you're a royalty.

5. Not all will sleep with you because you are a lawmaker or with a prestigious appointment.

Indecency: Gradual Disappearance Of Culture, Dignity, Respect And Honesty

I get so worried seeing the gradual disappearance of what we stand for as humans. All sorts of disrespect, lies, untrue news, untrue information, defamation of character, rascality, heartlessness, unprofessionalism, cruelty, falsehood and most especially disrespect for elders and authority. I keep wondering; what got us here, what went wrong.

We say the leaders failed the system; what about the youths not getting things right? They copy and follow the steps of the leaders that they claimed failed the system. Like some leaders failed, also some youths are failing too.  What about those playing so cheap just for crumbs, selling their future and future of others and the generations yet unborn?

Never Dreamed That He Would Be Gone From Me: How I'd Love To Dance With My Father Again.

Back when I was a child

Before life removed all the innocence
My father would lift me high
And dance with my mother and me
And then
Spin me around 'till I fell asleep
Then up the stairs he would carry me
And I knew for sure
I was loved
If I could get another chance

Another walk
Another dance with him
I'd play a song that would never ever end
How I'd love love love
To dance with my father again
When I and my mother

Would disagree
To get my way I would run
From her to him
He'd make me laugh just to comfort me
yeah yeah
Then finally make me do
Just what my mama said
Later that night when I was asleep
He left a dollar under my sheet
Never dreamed that he
Would be gone from me
If I could steal one final glance

One final step
One final dance with him
I'd play

DEDICATED TO MY FATHER DR. REV. DANIEL ADEPOJU OPESAN

I Have Learnt... We Are All Fools

I have learnt, to keep quiet than to lie (even when people attempt to encourage me to lie).

I have learnt, not to promise, until I'm ready and sure (Only unserious and in some cases also dubious people promise without keeping to it).

I have learnt, that people break promises and turned to be defensive unnecessarily; well, there are still good and noble people out there.
