Let Them Be Able To Close The Chapter And Move On

When you don't want to stay, don't give mixed messages, don't let them believe they still have a chance.

Let them be able to close the chapter and move on, there's no need to waste their time and finally do not leave them with a total heartbreak. Be fair, just and kind to others.

We live just once, let's make it a good living.

A Clergyman Will Not Lose Anointing By Sleeping With More Than A Woman.

It's only those that take clergymen as supernatural beings and think they don't have blood and water running through their veins, just  like any other human being will be disappointed and see things differently if  a clergyman sleeps with another woman other than his wife. We are all humans!

We shouldn't get it twisted, if and when a clergyman sleeps with other women other than his wife or have multiple partners doesn't mean he's not blessed spiritually, nor his 'anointing' will leave him. No! The anointing is there, unless he sleeps with a woman with demonic spirits. Even at that, if he's very strong spiritually, he will subdue the evil spirit.

It Takes Two To Keep A Relationship Together

A relationship is over when one or both of the parties are no longer committed. Honesty is essential, it's the number one ingredient to keep a relationship together. You must be honest with your partner and yourself. There should be no excuses; it must be about what you feel and not what people will think. Both of you have to want it. It takes two to be in a relationship and it takes two to keep it together.

Don't Turn Anyone To a Subhuman!

If you cannot make them, don't break them. It takes a whole lot to build what you are trying to break. Even for those that haven't been able to build a profile for themselves, give them the chance, the opportunity to do so; without being crushed in the journey of life.

Alhaji Adams Yinka Nageri's 50th Birthday Ceremony In Style

It's always a peaceful feeling when you come across someone that you can rely on as a brother and a friend even if you don't get to see nor communicate; maybe just once in a blue moon. But there's always a reminder that you have someone somewhere. Many at times is because the person has proved themselves trustworthy and dependable.

My Journey To Koton-Karfe Prison (Kogi State)

Correction Officers, Sola Opesan Brown & daughter, Natural

I spent the last few days of the year 2016 and the first few days of the year 2017 at home. The serenity of  the place, especially the calmness and the inner peace in me, the feeling that I'm home gives me joy. Not only the joy of the smell of the air, the leaves, the sky, the soil, the people, everything altogether gives joy and calmness.

Seems Nigerians Are Naturally Patient People

Can you imagine people standing in a very hot sun for an hour or more just to withdraw some money? All very calm about it; waiting religiously and patiently. Even you'll see old friends and family meeting there and you'll see them chatting and well relaxed. Sure they know they have to wait for a while, so they pleasantly entertain themselves with gists.

We Tend To Get It Wrong: Money Gives Enjoyment, But Not Happiness.

I called a pal of mine just to check on him. I greeted him with a hello, he answered with a very low voice, then I asked, "what's going on? Seems you are not fine". He started laughing, "I'm bored" he replied. I started laughing, he joined me. Then, I said to him, "I'm happy I made you laugh, at least you are a lot better now that how your voice was when you answered the phone". He giggled.

Some Boys Try And Some Boys Lie, But I Don't Let Them Play

Some boys kiss me, some boys hug me
I think they're O.K.
If they don't give me proper credit
I just walk away

They can beg and they can plead
But they can't see the light, that's right
'Cause the boy with the cold hard cash
Is always Mister Right, 'cause we are

Know Your Audience!

Atimes we are quiet because we need to get the best in us out whenever we're ready to break the silence. Being quiet is just a way to chillax and reflect while we are being active and productive calmly. Life is a college, we learn each day. With experience, we tend to know what to announce and what not to. It's all about knowing the right people to target and connect with on one to one communication. Not everyone is useful for your product and services, not all must know what you are doing or about to do, and not all are interested anyway.

Protect Yourself From ill Wishers And Burglars

Truly some of us are more security conscious than the others. It's not safe to take pictures at your door front, showing your door number; then went down the road to snap another picture showing your postcode and probably the street name, even without the street name, the postcode plus the door number will do the job well. Then you posted all on social media.

"Rest In Peace"

I have read and seen hundreds of thousands of 'rest in peace'; people often think about what happen to their friends and family after death, and not particular about what is happening now on this planet earth that we are sure and know of.

Why just rest in peace, why not 'Live In Peace'? I believe we should be more particular about living in peace than resting in peace, I do also believe that, living in peace will automatically come with resting in peace.

Real Love Teaches Submissiveness

Real love has taught me to be submissive. When you are loved and feel it, there will be no power struggles, you'll be powerless in fights and arguments, but strong in love.

Nothing To Do But Lift My Head

As I lay me down,
Heaven hear me now.
I'm lost without a cause
After giving it my all.

Winter storms have come
And darkened my sun.
After all that I've been through
Who on earth can I turn to?

I Could Have Been Burnt To Death In The Heart of Lagos

The unpleasant news of a child that was burnt to death in Nigeria yesterday took me back to one of my holidays in my fatherland; I guess the trip was in Summer 1990.

Coded Name For Mistress/Paramour is Family Friend

One of the exquisite places in Nigeria then, for sure must be top 5. Being that Isofin Estate was owned by West Africa Portland Cement (WAPCO), the richest cement company in West Africa at the time. It was decorated with everything good you can think of; from swimming pool to tennis court, guest and resident bars, staff quarters, nice greenery, beautiful street lights... it was a place I can call little Spain then, a luxurious mini town. Well equipped, well laid out, neatly planned and sweetly designed. Trust me, I'm thinking of going there to check how it looks like now.

Nigeria's Independence Day: Let It Be A Happy One

Arise, O compatriots
Nigeria's call obey
To serve our fatherland
With love and strength and faith
The labour of our heroes past
Shall never be in vain
To serve with heart and might
One nation bound in freedom
Peace and unity.

Oh God of creation
Direct our noble cause
Guide our leaders right
Help our youth the truth to know
In love and honesty to grow
And living just and true
Great lofty heights attain
To build a nation where peace
And justice shall reign.

The Face Behind The Mask: Chief Okey Dyke Ikeme

When we see a gifted person, we know. Actually what I see in Chief Ikeme is not just the gift, but the heart of gold that he has. He believes in giving back to the community, he has been donating  and supporting non profitable organisations and governments for a very long time; he started over 20 years ago in Nigeria, the passion didn't die in him, he continued in Germany, now still in love with what he does in England, by showcasing African Culture and promoting Arts.

Okechukwu D. Ikeme (okey Dyke) a Biafran, was born in Amaigbo in Imo State, Nigeria. His artistic talents and inclinations were discovered in his tender age by his parents who wasted no time in encouraging and sending him to a school where he could pursue the career of his choice - Fine and Applied Arts. He studied Fine and Applied Arts at the Alvan Ikoku College of  Education in Owerri, Imo State, and University of Port Harcourt in Rivers State in Nigeria between 1985 -1992 and specialized in Painting. He showed a lot of enthusiasm and hard work by participating in first Arts and cultural  exhibition in Abuja, Nigeria in 1992 .
He is a registered artist and the founder and CEO of Creative Corner Gallery Ltd (Nigeria) since 1992. He exhibited his works in Nigeria and some African countries and also in Germany , UK and some European countries . His works are symbolic and speak for the environment. He beliefs that "Art is life and life is art".

He will be masquerading, dancing and drumming at MBE 2016 in Manchester, England.

I Don't Care How You Get Here, Just Get Here If You Can

"We Have to Run People Who Love Money Too Much Out of Politics: They're a Danger in Politics"

The world's 'poorest' president Jose Mujica of Uruguay, says it just the way it is, and also living the life he describes. A life with passion for humanity, life free of greed and hate, living a charitable life that gives and helps the youth to grow and also help the poor to improve their lives. A man that rejects the symbols of wealth, he lives on a small farm rather than presidential palace with his wife Lucia and their dog Manuela.

The Secret Behind Bribery and Corruption in The Nigeria Police: 'Decent Sinners'

We need to get to the roots of some issues, then we will realise that the innocent ones are the ones that we often point fingers at. The top men and women stay somewhere messing with the lives of the junior ones and paint them as evils, whereas they are the wicked, unruly demons. I'm so glad to meet this hardworking and humble Federal Chief that has passion for his work and love for the community. He doesn't want his name to be mentioned, he humbly called himself a 'decent sinner'.

Have You Ever Wondered Why Nigeria is Still Neck Deep in The Hood? - RKO

Have you ever wondered why Nigeria is still neck deep in the hood? Here are the least of the reasons, Compare and be the judge:
UK
David Cameron resigned on Wednesday, 13.07.16 as the Prime Minister of the UK after 6 years at No 10 Downing Street
He chose to snub the extraordinary exit package granted to predecessors like greedy Tony Blair and deferred pension till he turns 65, 16 years from now
He is expected to get a pay-off of around £20,000 (severance package)
He is also in line for pension of around £40,000 a year (WHEN HE TURNS 65), not before
United Kingdom's GDP is $2.85 trillion which ranks 5th in the world while Nigeria's $481 billion ranks 25th. (At least 6 times bigger than Nigeria's)
He and wife remortgaged their family’s only house (£3.6m Notting Hill home) to raise £800,000 deposit for their post-premiership home (both David and Samantha are children of multimillionaire parents)

Seems Loads of US Police Are On Some Bad Drugs

Each day it's becoming so clear that the majority of the US police are on some bad drugs and seems they have mental troubles that must be treated. How on earth an unarmed innocent human be treated less than an animal, actually I have seen animals being treated with dignity and and love.

The Royalty Side of Majek Fashek (The Rainmaker) That's Not Talked About

Majekodunmi Fasheke (Majek Fashek) is from a royal lineage from Osun State of Nigeria, Ila Orangun to be precise. His great great grandfather was a king of the historical town; one of the king's daughters, a Princess left the town and moved to Ilesha, another town in the state, where she got married to some famous and well known Ijesha men.

President Buhari of Nigeria Says "They Won't Know Any Peace"

"Please tell those with plenty of money which does not belong to them to try and negotiate and return it in peace, so that both they and us will be in peace, otherwise we will continue to look for it and they won't know any peace".
- President Buhari.

I support this, may the evil ones that turned our beloved nation into hellhole have no peace.
Live and let live!

It makes sense to reduce the job of the lawmakers into a part-time assignment.

Loads of them are very heartless but some are still very kind and sensible, I was moved when I saw Professor the Rt. Hon. Mojeed Olujinmi Alabi's facebook update yesterday. He'currently a lawmaker representing Ede North/ Ede South/Ejigbo/Egbedore Federal Constituency at the Nigeria National Assembly, Abuja. With few like him, I still believe in good leadership in Nigeria. This is what he wrote below:

"There is nothing wrong in facing the reality by pruning the number of the two arms of the National Assembly in Nigeria as a cost-saving measure. Not only that, it also makes sense to reduce the job of the lawmakers into a part-time assignment, where members could only take sitting allowances. There is nothing in what is currently happening at the National Assembly that cannot be handled on a part-time basis".
 - Prof. Rt. Hon. Mojeed Olujinmi Alabi.

There's no reason why any Nigerian should be in poverty, if there are good selfless leaders; but sadly most of them are wicked, heartless and unruly. Surely, one day the wicked ones shall pay, no matter what, no matter how.

Live and let live, at least a decent  life and living for all.

I Respect David Cameron

It's all about political ideology and principles; he believes in what he campaigned for, but he didn't win, he decided to resign.

My point is, how many African leaders, especially Nigerian leaders will think of resigning for a purpose? Seems none, because there is nothing like ideology or principle on their minds or "dictionary", most have turned to political prostitutes for personal gains and interests. Only a few serve conscientiously.

Let's see what happens next, the biggest decision in almost half of a century made by the United Kingdom.
